The Liquor Licence Application Process is a lengthy process across South Africa. An Official Liquor Licence Application has to be submitted at your Provincial Liquor Board (or National Liquor Board). Each province (and sometimes each municipality) has different Liquor Laws and processes. As each application takes a lot of time, effort, experience and specialised knowledge to manage and be considered by the Liquor Boards – they charge hefty fees. The total cost of this process will be in excess of R10 000. Apply on this page below or call us toll free on 0800 007 269.
*Important: The premises from which you trade will need the correct zoning / operating / property rights in order to operate the intended business. If it does not, you have 3 options: (1) Align with a business partner whose premises has rights; (2) Apply for the required rights for your current premises; or (3) Rent a premises with the required rights.
