Advisor (Talent Pool)
Some of the Key Activities & Responsibilities which can be expected:

- Complete a needs analysis of client requirements.
- Promote and sell subscription products / services using solid and accurate arguments / product information to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through referrals and leads
Performing cold calls. - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and smooth handover of clients to applicable party for further assistance.
- Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback.
So what skills and experience are we looking for?
- The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, and target driven.
- Strong Administrative abilities.
- Excellent health.
- Experience in the industry will be advantageous.
- A minimum of Grade 12, a tertiary qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate.
- Presentable and professional.
- Bilingual (At least two of South African official languages, with
- English being the primary language medium due to our clients requirements).
- Focused on building long term relationships.
- Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get you from point A to B.

Consultant (Talent Pool)
Some of the Key Activities & Responsibilities which can be expected
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- Mainly – build strong long-term client relationship.
- Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone etc.).
- Manage +-200 emails daily.
- “Upsell” Company services.
- Meet personal/team sales targets.
- Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.
- Client complaint management.
- Remain up to date with company services and service knowledge.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service and sales.
- Very strong admin skills.
- Understand MS Outlook.
- Can handle high call volumes and large number of emails.

Receptionist (Talent Pool)
Some of the Key Activities & Responsibilities which can be expected
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Manage 200+ calls a day;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed;
- Promote and sell products/services using solid and accurate arguments/product knowledge (where applicable);
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Always put the team first by assisting others when required;
- Maintain COVID register at Reception;
- Adhere to any Ad Hoc instructions.

- Proven experience as Receptionist or relevant role;
- Familiarity with office equipment such as an switchboard;
- Knowledge of office policies and telephone etiquette;
- Experience with office management tools (MS Outlook in particular);
- Strong Administrative abilities;
- Excellent health;
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate;
- Presentable and professional;

Administrator (CIPC & SARS) (Talent Pool)
Some of the Key Activities & Responsibilities which can be expected:
Office Environment
(By no means an exhaustive list)
- Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives;
- Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections;
- Continuously replenish own knowledge of industry, products and field;
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems;
- Type in data provided directly from customers;
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
- Update existing data;
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested;
- Ensure regular backups are performed to ensure data preservation;
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost;
- Perform CIPC and SARS related functions (Filling of annual returns, Company registration, Import/Export, VAT registration etc);
- Perform Administrative functions;
- The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, and target driven
- Strong Administrative abilities and experience dealing with the CIPC and SARS
- Excellent Health
